How to Use the Instruments outside Opening Hours (Room 401a)
From 2021, Room 401a on the 4th floor of the Center for Anatomical Sciences Building can be unlocked with IC cards.
Outside the opening hours (weekdays 9: 30-17: 00), you can enter the room with your IC card (staff ID, student ID, facility usage card).
【Card registration flow】
<When newly registered in iSAL>
・ If you register to use the instruments in 401a of the Center for Anatomical
Sciences via KUMaCo system, you will be able to enter the room with your own IC card (staff ID, student ID, facility usage card).
・It may take several days (up to one week) from registration to IC card recognition.
<When applying for renewing>
・ Those who used the instruments in 401a last year have already registered.
【Attention】
・You cannot use your IC card to unlock the entrance door of the Center for
Anatomical Sciences.
・You can enter the building from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays. You can get out of the building after 8:00 pm, but can not enter again.
