◆ASHBi SignAC Technology Seminar -Miltenyi Biotec Seminar-◆
Date: Thursday, 28 September 2023
Time: 15:00-16:00
Title: Whole Tissue 3D Imaging Using Light Sheet Fluorescence Microscope “UltraMicroscope Blaze” and Clearing Technique
Lecturer: Dr.Bernd Müller-Zülow (Sales Manager APAC/ Export Miltenyi Biotec B.V. & CO.KG)

Language: English
Eligibility: Researchers and students

Venue: Zoom Online Meeting*
※High-speed LAN/WiFi environment advised for stability

Content: Light Sheet Microscopy together with optical tissue clearing allows the imaging of much larger biomedical samples compared to classical microscopic methods such as confocal or multiphoton microscopy. Samples of several cubic centimeter volumes can be optically imaged with cellular and subcellular resolution. Specific cells can be detected at the single-cell level or as small ensembles. The presentation will cover the relevant technical developments and adaptations for such experiments.

◆Registration: Pre-registered participants only◆
