[KUMaCo] Service Suspension Due to Server Maintenance on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 (9:00–15:00)

KUMaCo will be unavailable during the following period due to server maintenance.

Scheduled Downtime: Wednesday, February 25, 2026, 9:00–15:00

During the maintenance period, each service will be affected as follows:

● iSAL User Registration (New Applications)
Applications cannot be submitted during the maintenance period.

● MyPortal
You may be unable to log in, or system errors may occur even if login is successful.
Please note the following:

○ iSAL User Registration (Change Requests)

Unavailable. Please refrain from submitting requests during the maintenance period.

○ Equipment
Reservations cannot be made during the maintenance period.
If you plan to use equipment during this time, please make your reservation no later than February 24.
Check-in tablets will also be unavailable. Please follow the instructions provided by each equipment management unit regarding usage records.

○ Services
You will not be able to initiate new requests or download acceptance certificates.

We will notify you once the maintenance has been completed.
